Terms & Conditions

By booking a trip with Via Immacolata, LLC. (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
 

1. Reservations & Payments

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Final payment must be received by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.
     

2. Prices & Changes

  • All prices are based on rates in effect at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

  • Changes in airfare, fuel surcharges, taxes, hotel rates, currency exchange, or other supplier costs may affect the final price of your trip.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly if such changes occur.

  • Once full payment has been made, no price increases will be applied to that reservation.
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and agreements with suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection.
     

4. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required travel documents. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding or entry without liability to the agency.
 

5. Itinerary & Services

  • Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to substitute hotels, transportation, or activities with comparable alternatives when necessary.

  • Service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.) may modify or cancel services. Such changes are beyond our direct control, and we are not responsible for resulting additional costs or adjustments.
     

6. Liability

  • Via Immacolata Travel Agency acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers.

  • We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or any third party.

  • Travelers participate in tours at their own risk.
     

7. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel. Any special health or dietary needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.
 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
